We are a multidisciplinary company who has successfully combined development experience and acumen with world class hospitality management.  Offering in-depth understanding of the challenges facing independent and boutique luxury hotel, condo/hotel and resort owners, Grace Bay Resorts offers clients a broad range of services and expertise.  Ranging from straightforward third-party hotel management services to pre-development technical services, in depth development management and consulting and design and concept facilitation, at Grace Bay Resorts we provide considerable depth in our approach.

PERSONAL CONCIERGES

With expertise from some of the most respected and emulated hotels in the world, our team brings a profound understanding of the power of superlative service to transform a guest’s experience. The Private Villa Collection and Grace Bay Club's Personal Concierges are the embodiment of our dedication to crafting exceptional experiences in a location unlike any other.

Prior to arrival, we provide a personal preference form to all our guests. The form includes a provisions list for shopping and menu of activities for the guest’s Personal Concierge to arrange, as well as notification of any allergies and preferences of food and beverages. On arrival, our guests are greeted by their Personal Concierge and receive a cell phone that instantly connects them to their Concierge. Guests find their refrigerator fully stocked with all requested items, their dinner reservations made and their activities confirmed. Through our Personal Concierges, guests experience our anticipatory service from arrival to departure.
