Founded in 2007 by Simon Nicholls and Chris Davies, Coast Architects is one of the leading architectural firms in the Turks and Caicos.
The Residences of The Collection were designed by the firm, marking another success of beauty and quality that adds to their impressive portfolio of luxury residences throughout the Caribbean. Since their first project at Amanyara, Coast Architects has also earned renown for work with Parrot Cay and other properties.
Driven by a passion for great design, RTKL completed the interiors of The Estate in 2008.
With a host of hospitality clients in its portfolio, including Mandarin Oriental and Celebrity Cruises, RTKL utilized its design expertise to tap both the remarkable sights and sounds of Grace Bay Beach and the exquisite architecture of The Estate to deliver a crisp, contemporary design that exudes a comfortable ambiance for our guests.
Point Grace was designed in the late 90’s by a Turks & Caicos-based firm of accomplished UK designers known as SWA Architects . SWA has established itself as one of the leaders in the Turks & Caicos Islands, having designed some of the most well-known resort properties in the destination, including sister-property West Bay Club, among others.
SWA Architects will master plan additional improvements to Point Grace over the next several months including new guest amenities such as a sophisticated new breakfast area, new fitness center and updates to the common areas of the property. SWA will also lead the design on an anticipated expansion of the property which would follow in the coming years.
Over 20 years, United Design Partnership has designed more than 200 internationally renowned hotels, spas, residences, bars and restaurants in London, Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East.
Among their fine work is the world’s first “Infiniti Edge Bar” at Grace Bay Club, which is constructed of black marble, and was specially designed by Keith Hobbs. The bar stretches 90 feet across the heart of the resort toward the shore of Grace Bay, and holds the record for the longest bar in the Caribbean. Hobbs and United also designed The Estate pool and common areas, as well as Krave restaurant.

Thom Filicia is an internationally recognized creative visionary. His talent is on display in the transformation of the lobby at Grace Bay Club and the interiors of The Collection, the superlative micro-resort that redefines luxury in the Caribbean.
His design esthetic is driving the updates of the villa suites throughout the resort. He has also worked with our team to extend his vision to the award-winning restaurants and bars at Grace Bay Club. His instantly recognizable design sensibility has earned him recognition and awards in magazines such as House Beautiful, House & Garden and Elle Décor.
