In our 25 year history, we couldn’t have ever anticipated the impact brought upon our world by the current global health crisis. During these unprecedented times, now more than ever, the safety and well-being of our guests, team members, and community are of utmost priority.

As of this past Friday, The Turks & Caicos Government made the difficult and precautionary decision to cease the operation of our air and seaports. This closure will apply to all incoming non-essential travelers for a period of 21 days, where no visitors shall be permitted to enter or transit through the Turks & Caicos Islands. This decision was not made lightly, and in doing so, over the next few days, we will reluctantly say farewell to our remaining guests. Regrettably, with our final guest departing coupled with the airport closure, we now have been faced with the difficult choice to temporarily suspend our hospitality operations until further notice.

Rest assured that our team will be in touch with you in the coming days to assist with rescheduling confirmed reservations to all of our resorts and private villas. Our reservations department will remain available to personally assist you between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Saturday.
