Grace Bay Resorts Appoints New Leadership at Grace Bay Club and South Bank

Grace Bay Resorts is proud to announce the addition of two exceptional leaders whose global expertise is expected to elevate the guest experience across all its properties. Jonathan Lithgow joins as Managing Director of Grace Bay Club, and Tracey Oliver steps in as General Manager of South Bank.

Jonathan Lithgow brings over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience and a hands-on, people-first approach. He has directed multi-property operations for Aman Resorts across Asia, balancing complex owner relations while maintaining ultra-luxury service. At just 27, Jonathan led the pre-opening of Singita Lebombo, earning international acclaim and Tatler Magazine’s “Best New Opening” award. At Grace Bay Resorts, Jonathan’s expertise is expected to elevate guest experiences not only at Grace Bay Club but across the resort portfolio, ensuring every detail from dining to accommodations and service is thoughtfully curated and seamless.  

Tracey Oliver joins South Bank and brings more than 25 years of international hospitality expertise and will guide the resort through its next phase, including the launch of Arc  by the end of the year, the property’s oceanfront landmark. She has led luxury resorts worldwide, including Raffles Maldives Meradhoo and The Ritz-Carlton, transforming ambitious ideas into effortless and luxurious guest experiences. Tracey’s experience is expected to enhance the experience at South Bank, introducing further innovative amenities, thoughtful touches, and redefining spaces that delight guests throughout their stay.  

With Jonathan and Tracey stepping into their roles, Grace Bay Resorts is heading into an exciting next chapter, one that’s all about thoughtful details, fresh perspective, and experiences guests will genuinely remember.
