FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICIES

Grace Bay Resorts is committed to providing our guests with travel flexibility to ensure you have peace of mind during these unprecedented times, so you can book your travel experience with confidence.

New Reservations

For a limited time, New Reservations booked between now and December 22, 2020, will have a flexible cancelation policy of 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. (This excludes the Private Villa Collection). A deposit of 50% room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and will be non-refundable 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancelations must be made by 2:00 PM EST 24 hours in advance of scheduled arrival to avoid penalties.

Reservations made within 7 days to arrival between now and December 22, 2020 will be charged a deposit of 50% room and tax 24 hours prior to arrival and will be non-refundable. Cancelations must be made by 2:00 PM EST 24 hours in advance of scheduled arrival to avoid penalties.

New Reservations made with an arrival date between January 2, 2021 and March 31, 2021 a cancel will have a flexible cancelation policy of 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. (This excludes the Private Villa Collection). A deposit of 50% room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and will be non-refundable 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancelations must be made 72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival to avoid penalties.

The Private Villa Collection – New Reservations booked between now and December 22, 2020, will have a flexible cancelation policy of 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A deposit of 50% room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and will be non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival. Cancelations must be made by 2:00 PM EST 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival to avoid deposit penalties.

Festive Policy  Applicable for reservations between December 23, 2020 – January 2, 2021

For both new and existing reservations, the final payment of 50% room and tax has been extended to be due on November 1, 2020.

New Reservations made for stays between December 23, 2020 through January 2, 2021, require a minimum stay of 7 nights. This excludes the Private Villa Collection. A deposit of 50% room and tax is required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% room and tax will be due November 1, 2020, where reservations will be non-refundable. 

The Private Villa Collection – Reservations made for stays between December 23, 2020 through January 2, 2021, require a minimum stay of 10 nights. A deposit of 50% room and tax is required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% room and tax will be due November 1, 2020, where reservations will be non-refundable. 

Third-Party Reservations – Guests who booked with a travel professional or other third parties including online travel are advised to contact their booking provider for further assistance.

Group Reservations – Should you have a group or event booked with us, note that our Sales team will work closely with you and/or your event planner to manage any changes on a case-by-case basis. We are actively supporting you to address any needs of each group, including moving events scheduled prior to July 22, 2020, to a suitable alternative date.
