Ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, team members, and community remains our top priority. We have implemented a series of cleaning protocols in order to protect against Covid-19 and ensure an elevated standard of cleanliness through each resort is achieved and maintained.
Sanitizer stations are available throughout the resort and frequent hand washing is highly encouraged.

It is at the sole discretion of the individual to wear a mask while exploring our beautiful by nature destination of the Turks & Caicos Islands. We encourage frequent hand washing and sanitizing as a precautionary measure to maintain your well-being.
Prior to your arrival, deep cleaning of all curtains, fabrics, quilts, pillows, and cushions will take place. All floors, hard surfaces, and high touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected with a cleaning product approved to protect against Covid-19.
Every Accommodation will have a UV sanitizer box for handheld devices, keys, etc.
We highly encourage reservations in advance of your stay as many restaurants will require a reservation and limited availability is expected for requests made within 48 hours of your desired time.
Swimming Pools are fully operational. Chlorine levels will be frequently monitored at each of our resorts swimming pools and kept within the operating parameters of regular swimming protocols.
An attendant will frequently sanitize all equipment and sanitizing wipes will be available for your convenience. Yoga and Fitness classes at Rock House and Grace Bay Club take place in designated outdoor areas. Equipment provided is thoroughly sanitized before and after each use.
The interactive children’s program offered at Grace Bay Resorts; Grace Bay Club, and West Bay Club encourages learning through fun. Children will explore the wonders of the ocean as well as the Turks & Caicos history. Sanitizing and request hand washing is encouraged.
Bicycle rentals and Non-motorized watersports will be available for your use during hours of operation and will be sanitized thoroughly after and before each use. Please ensure to reserve activities in advance of your travels to ensure availability.

All protocols and procedures will be subject to updates in line with the very latest guidance from relevant health and industry authorities.
All incoming guests are required to be fully vaccinated no less than 14 days prior to arrival. Children under the age of 18 are not required to be vaccinated.

Effective June 12, 2022 guests traveling from International destinations to the United States will no longer require a negative Covid-19 test within 24 hours of their travel.

While we understand your travel plans may quickly change NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to ensure your holiday and any non-refundable cancellation penalties are protected should you be unable to travel or need to cancel your trip for any reason as we enforce our cancellation penalties. Please read your insurance policy thoroughly if you consider canceling your trip for any reason or due to COVID-19, as cancellation penalties will be imposed.
