To make his Caribbean Negroni at home;
1 oz Grace Bay Botanical Rum
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Garnish with an orange peel
Indulge in a delicious and decadent chocolate mousse recipe introduced by our Grace Bay Club pastry chefs. You will never want to stop making this one!
In a small saucepan, bring the the cider vinegar and dashi to a simmer over high heat (if you aren’t using dashi, just simmer the vinegar). Adjust the heat to keep it simmering, not boiling, until reduced to about 1 tablespoon, 3 to 5 minutes.
You put little bit Sauce in your Salmon before arranging on the bowl and put first Sushi Rice in the center of the bowl then arrange all the Ingredients around the rice.Add the Bonito Flakes on top of the Rice,then sprinkle little bit Ferukaki on top of the Salmon.
Ingredients: 4 Chicken Thighs with skin on and bone-in (boneless will work as well), Vegetables like Carrots and or Broccoli, 4 cloves of Garlic, 1 Medium Red Onions, 2 Rosemary stems, 3 – 4 cups of Pre-cooked Lentils and 1 Liter of chicken stock.
